As you all know by now, Washington received good marks from Forbes and the Tax Foundation last week.
In the Puget Sound Business Journal this morning, my column looks at the two reports, which are clearly a marketing plus for the state. While it's nice to be complimented, it's dangerous to let the compliment make you complacent.
